What a Time to be a Geek

What a time to be a geek, superhero movies coming out all the time. Star Wars returning in all of its glory, not to mention all the great books and comic books that are being produced these days. So let’s do a little round up of what is going on out there that has caught my eye.

Comics:

Boston Metaphysical Society, is a webcomic and series of novellas that I’ve been following for sometime now. They’ve done a few kickstarters that I’ve happily supported and I am always on the look out for new material. One of my current favorite things in steampunk.

Spider Gwen The new Spider Gwen comic from Marvel has been a blast and its nice to be able to share something with my daughter is obsessed with all things Spider-Man related.

Movies:

Star Wars The Force Awakens looks to be the movie fans have been waiting decades to arrive.

Superman vs Batman continues the series started with Man of Steel. not my favorite movie but I am willing to give it a chance.

Mad Max Fury Road looks to be a crazy continuation of the 1980’s dystopian fantasy world. I’m honestly pretty excited for this one.

Television:

I’ve already finished the entire first season of Daredevil on netflix and highly recommend it.
